With his managerial experience in the medical supply business, he has grown VitalCare Devices Inc into one of the leading distributors of medical supplies and robotic surgery devices. VitalCare Devices Inc provides nutritional and supplemental products for weight-conscious patients and energy drinks for high-performance athletes.

Joining VitalCare Devices Inc. in 2018 as Contracts Manager - Legal and Commercial, Emma was quickly promoted to Legal Counsel in 2020. Her extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law drives her oversight of Device's legal matters across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. From managing contracts to facilitating new ventures, market entries, acquisitions, and dispute resolutions, Emma ensures legal alignment. Her adept handling of corporate secretarial affairs, intellectual property, and licensing further underscores her invaluable role in VitalCare Devices's success.
